Adama's energy begins very mellow and crescendo's in acknowledgement of V-Day that took place on the 14th where women danced all over the world to affirm our readiness to rise from the depths of violation and violence perpetuated against us. Adama addresses that which V-Day did not and what we have to begin to face to root causes for the degradation of those who are the perpetuators of the violence. It is timely and necessary to keep the conversation going so that the solutions can be more readily implemented in the lives of those who hear and they in turn will have opportunity to touch the lives of others.

The music after the monologue may make you feel like dancing, it's one of the best ways to move the internal blockages and get into the flow of life.

The messages in the music reminds of that we are in the midst of that which has been going on for quite some time and the message that Adama brings is charging us to do that which is ours to do. The monologue is one of her best; intensely intentional in calling for our rise. We begin the vibration of 2013 with a very powerful program beginning with reminders from Nikki Giovanni, Ozara Ode', Adama, Ahdaiyah, Stephanie Mills and India.Arie as to what is going on around us, which we must apply ourselves wholeheartedly to re-evaluating our reasons for living.
The monologue reminds us that neither our socialization, education nor religious training has prepared us properly for living or dying...though we get so much support in creating dis-ease that facilitates death. Even under a capitalistic system we were not given the keys for knowing how to handle money to ensure our systemic successes. We have the responsibility now to shift our focus that will support us in living our best lives from this point forward; regenerate the wealth of ourselves and embrace the truths that are being revealed, so we can reverse the dis-ease states; and when it comes time to leave the planet we leave not as dead people but as living beings; those who realized the truth of themselves as immortal and destined for eternal life.

We really enjoyed this program and give thanks to Dr. Ray Hagins of The African Village who interviewed from St. Louis last week, for being in the studio for tonight's program. We had open pone lines also which added another dynamic to the evening. So enjoy!

This was a nice program with some timely information and contribution from David, a listener who called in from the West Coast to share news concerning the charges pending against one of the oldest Swiss Banks issued by the United States. The music is nice and as usual, Adama's monologue reminds listeners of the importance, urgency, emergency and opportunity for true progression is available to us right now.

Mellow, nice music, unfortunately the CD recorder errored out during the monologue, but most of it is in tact. Otherwise, there is frank and candid conversation with and from Adama interspersed with music throughout. This program just reinforces our knowing the blessedness of our now moment because we have so much not only information available to us, but also TRUTH. We are the beneficiaries of the sacrifices, commitments and labors of sweat, blood, tears and love that others made with their lives before us. Adama is always on point with the monologue in reminding listeners of things they may have forgotten or never realized they knew. After the monologue the music as well as Adama speaks on love, our relationships, marriage and some to the topics that we may not generally associate with "liberation" or our collective resurrection. The truth is that we cannot get leverage over the political, economic, societal, medical, emotional, psychic, spiritual or financial issues without love. Knowing love and being harmonized with it is key to our empowerment.
